Stirling is an important town in central
Scotland, it is known as the “Gateway to
the highlands”. Stirling is the heart of
Scotland, with easy links to Edinburgh
and Glasgow. Both main airports are
easily reached.
Stirling has a wide range of visitor
attractions to offer. Come and see the
famous Wallace Monument that celebrates
the life of William Wallace, or come and
see the Stirling Castle and the
Bannockburn Heritage Centre. After your
visit to the monument you can spend more
time exploring the Abbey Craig, on which
the monument stands, with its vast areas
of unspoilt land and beautiful woodland.
